Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us at Lou & Be, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.  Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment:

Less Than 48 Policy

 -Any cancellation/reschedule made LESS THAN 48 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.

Late Arrivals

-Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Clients will be able to discuss with their stylist what they will or will not be able to do. If you are 15 minutes late and ask us if we want a Starbucks drink….answer is always… respectfully….No.

No Shows

- Will result in a charge of 100% of the service or services booked. We take our job and time very seriously at Lou & Be and ask you for the same courtesy and respect. All payment must be received in full before booking an another appointment.

*If there is a emergency then you may discuss that with your stylist. We understand that some things are beyond our control.
